By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Site (“you”, “your”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Site.
1. Definitions

| “Third‑Party Services” | Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), mailing lists, analytics tools, and other external services integrated into the Site. |
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to create an account or register for any Event.
- If you are under the legal age required, you may use the Site only with parental or guardian consent.
3. Account Registration & Security
- Account Creation – To access certain features you must provide accurate and complete information (name, email, phone number, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Security – We employ industry‑standard security measures to protect your data; however, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.
- Account Termination – You may delete your account at any time via Settings or by emailing privacy@shavedesigns.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Ticketing & Event Participation
- Purchase & Payment – All ticket purchases are processed through third‑party payment providers. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the use of your credit/debit card information by those processors.
- Refunds & Cancellations
- Refund policy varies per Event; see the specific Event page for details.
- We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an Event with reasonable notice and will offer a full refund if you cannot attend.
- Check‑In – Ticket holders must present a valid ticket (QR code, printed ticket, or mobile confirmation) at entry points. Lost tickets are not replaceable unless verified by staff.
- Behavior & Conduct – Participants must behave in a respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
- Ownership – All content on the Site is owned by Shave Designs LLC unless otherwise noted.
- User‑Generated Content – If you upload photos, videos, or other materials (“UCG”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, modify, and display that UCG in connection with the Site and marketing efforts.
- Prohibited Use – You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission from us.
6. Privacy & Data Protection

Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to those practices.
7. Third‑Party Links & Services
The Site may contain links to third‑party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or terms of use of such sites. You acknowledge and agree that we have no liability arising from your use of any third‑party link.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as‑is” and “as‑available.” We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of content, services, or event information. All events are subject to change without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Shave Designs LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or any Event.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for tickets or services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shave Designs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law – These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law provisions.
- Dispute Resolution – Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be attempted to resolve amicably via email or phone. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
